Scene I
I was fasting, replacing the days that I missed last Ramadhan. My stomach was full of air.
I was conducting training in client’s place. I have finished presenting the slides. It was exercise time. I was with one participant, a guy who thought that I was still single and he sort of flirts with me. He kept on throwing me with questions so I would be sitting next to him, something like personal tutoring. Of course, I did not mind. However, while I was busy explaining to him, without any warning, it happened.
Put..put.. I actually FARTED. OMG!! I was so embarrassed. I did not know what to do. But, because it was not the SMELLY FART kind, so in a way I was relieved and the sound was not really obvious as well. I certainly have no idea whether he heard it or not. I pretended as if nothing happens. At one point, I even thought of saying sorry or excuse me… hahahaha.. but, since he gave me the I-have-no-idea-face, so I just kept quiet and proceed with my explanation to him. Malu gell, siot!!!!
Scene II
It was drizzling. The road, walkway was slippery. I was carrying my laptop on one side. Suddenly, I fell on my knees. I fell on my left knee. It was like the nicest fall because my laptop was still nicely strap on my shoulders.
The same day, different venue but the same kind of weather in which it is drizzling, again, the road and walkway was slippery. And then, flop! There I go again for my second fall. This time, I fell on my right knee.
I was like, huh! This is surely not my day. I’m very unlucky today. Very, very unlucky. Hopefully, my days will be better tomorrow and after.
But, on the other hand, I was very lucky when my car petrol was really empty and the road had a bad traffic. Somehow, luck was really on my way, because soon after I saw a petrol station.
I panicked for a while, not knowing how to go about it if I were to be stranded somewhere without PETROL? But, somehow thanks to GOD, I was fine. Alhamdulillah!
