It was a normal sunny day. She was on her way out from the prayer room when she saw a guy waving his hand with a smile. She smiled back. She walked past him without looking back. He stopped her with a question, “You didn’t bring your hand phone along?”
She was startled. She managed to say, “No”. He then asked, “Can I have your phone number?” She answered, “I think, there’s no need for that.” She dashed through the doors and disappeared herself.
It was a different day, also a sunny one. She was late. She just arrived her office building. She pressed the ‘going up’ lift button and waited. There he was, from inside the lift looking shocked to see her. She gave him her best smile and go in the lift. She pressed 11. The lift door was slowly closing. However, the lift door reopens.
He standing outside pressing the ‘going up’ button forcing the lift door to stay open. He asked, “You haven’t given me your number?” She smiled and waved without saying a word. The lift door slowly closes. She smiled and smiled all the way up to her office.
Since then, he was called the ‘Bumpy’ Guy. Reason being, wherever she goes, she always, always bumps into him.
The End.
