Don’t you think it is a nice number? Well, it is in fact very nice because it is NUR ALYA’s birthday. My eldest daughter, or most of the time known as ‘Kakak’, it is her 5th birthday.

Cepat sungguh masa berlalu kan? Sudah 5 tahun rupanya Kakak. Kakak have shown a lot of improvements these past 3 months since she attended the school in Shah Alam. I think, I did hear her once speaking in full sentence. Something like, “Mama, kak intu, tepi, Kakak nak masuk”.

One thing in which impressed me, was when she knows how to open the dustbin, the one which you have to step on it to open. Previously, she didn’t know how to do it, so what she did was, she will open the dustbin using her hands. But, yesterday I saw her step on it and throw the rubbish in the dustbin once it’s opened. Woohoo! That is surely something to celebrate. I was so proud and very happy. I quickly told my hubby about it. The simple gesture was simply amazing.

I brought birthday cake and candy for her so-called birthday party in school today.

I still can’t believe it, that my daughter is already 5 years old.
