My Little Ones..

My kid’s were a bit late to school today. When I send them this morning, I met Kak Wan the principal. I took the opportunity to ask Kak Wan how’s my kid’s doing. According to Kak Wan, Kakak seems to be doing quite well and Kakak loves books. Hehe.. I know, coz even at home she have a lot of books and she speacially like Barney ABC book. As for Dedek, she took a longer time to mix with other kids. But, other than that she was ok. Although, most of the time she tagged Kakak wherever Kakak goes. Hehe.. And Kakak will act ‘Kakak-ly’ to Dedek. How sweet..:)

Then, before I make a move, a teacher came out and asked me whether it’s their nature to eat a lot. “Yes!! They eat real lot.” Hahah.. the teacher said that Kakak will nudge her to ask for more. And they particularly love soup. Be it vegetable soup or chicken soup. So long it’s soupy and watery.:)

And Dedek, she don’t cry anymore when I leave her so I don’t have to worry about her anymore. At least, I am happy to know that my kids are happy there. Alhamdulillah.

Although, it has just been a few days in the new school, but I could see there’s improvement in both Kakak and Dedek. As for Kakak, I think she learns to play “Sep-Sep, Tom-Tom” in school because one day, we were sitting in front of the television and she suddenly ask us to play “Sep-Sep, Tom-Tom” with her. I didn’t really know how to play her game, and in her own way she is trying to teach us the game. It is the one that you do, “One, Two, Jus” and after that you touch the back of the other person’s neck with one finger and guess which finger. Even it was not as per the real game, but it was at least something. That shows that she actually understand it.

No obvious improvements yet shown by Dedek, but being able to adapt and mix around with her friends is already good enough. I guess, since Dedek is just 4, so her development is still not much compared to Kakak. Probably, when she turns 5 just like Kakak, she would be able to do the same. Hopefully.
